Step 1: Verification Comes Before Delivery
Before any prize is shipped or handed over, the selected winner must complete verification — which can include a valid CNIC, registered mobile number verification, account verification, identity confirmation, proof of ownership, or additional documentation for premium prizes. JeetoBaz can refuse delivery until this is successfully completed.
Step 2: You'll Be Notified
Once verified, JeetoBaz attempts to reach the winner through their registered contact information — via phone call, SMS, email, in-app notification, or an official JeetoBaz announcement where relevant. This is why keeping your account's contact details accurate matters: notifications go to whatever's registered on file.
Step 3: The 7-Day Claim Window
From the date of first official notification, a winner has 7 calendar days to claim their prize. If there's no response in that window, JeetoBaz makes additional reasonable attempts to make contact. If the winner still remains unreachable, or doesn't complete required verification after multiple attempts, the prize isn't held indefinitely — JeetoBaz may allow a grace period, but ultimately an unclaimed prize can be forfeited and handled per JeetoBaz's internal procedures, at its discretion, while maintaining fairness.
Step 4: How Your Prize Actually Reaches You
JeetoBaz delivers prizes within Pakistan only (no international shipping unless specifically announced), using one of two methods depending on the prize:
Courier Delivery — for small and medium-sized prizes: mobiles, laptops, tablets, smartwatches, earbuds, cameras, books, toys, home appliances, fashion items, gift boxes, and similar items. These are shipped directly to the verified winner through an authorized courier.
Physical Prize Collection — for high-value prizes: cars, motorcycles, houses, Umrah packages, travel packages, and other luxury/premium rewards. These may require collecting the prize from an official JeetoBaz office or another officially announced location — and JeetoBaz may organize an official handover ceremony for select high-value prizes.
Shipping is free for eligible courier-delivered prizes — winners aren't charged a standard delivery fee within Pakistan.
How Long Delivery Takes
After successful verification, small prizes are generally dispatched within 3–10 business days. This can shift depending on courier operations, destination, weather, holidays, or other factors outside JeetoBaz's control. Premium prizes typically need more processing time.
Your Responsibilities as a Winner
Provide a complete, accurate delivery address — JeetoBaz isn't responsible for delays from incorrect addresses, incomplete information, or wrong phone numbers, and any extra delivery costs from bad info may fall on the winner.
For large prize collection, be ready to visit an official JeetoBaz location with your original CNIC and any requested verification documents — missing the claim period can affect your eligibility.
If an item arrives damaged, report it to JeetoBaz as soon as possible with supporting photos or videos; after review, JeetoBaz may replace it with the same item or an equivalent where the original isn't available. Delayed or after-the-fact damage claims may not be accepted.
Special Cases Worth Knowing
House prizes: the verified winner can choose a preferred city from JeetoBaz-approved options; exact property details are communicated separately.
Vehicles and houses: the winner is responsible for government taxes, registration fees, transfer charges, and similar legally required costs — unless a specific campaign states otherwise.
Umrah and travel prizes: subject to passport validity, visa approval, and destination-country regulations — JeetoBaz can't guarantee travel if immigration or government authorities decline approval.
Force majeure: JeetoBaz isn't liable for delays caused by things genuinely outside its control — natural disasters, government restrictions, courier disruptions, and similar events.
After Delivery
Once a prize is successfully delivered or handed over, responsibility for it transfers to the winner (except where consumer protection law says otherwise) — JeetoBaz isn't responsible for misuse or damage that happens after that point.
